How and when do I pay for my book?

One we confirm and schedule your photo shoot, an invoice will be emailed to you and can be payed via credit card online. 

Who actually provides the photography service and I see examples of the work?

The photography is provided by Design Imaging Studios. We encourage you to visit the portfolio available on the DIS website. 

How long will it take to receive my book?

The timeline depends on when your shoot is scheduled. It can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks following your shoot to receive your book.

How large is the wooden box the book comes in?

The exterior dimensions are: 12.5 x 9.75 x 2.5" . There is extra interior space, perfect for other physical memories you'd like to keep safe.

How many pages are the books and how many photos are in them?

The number of photos and pages varies home to home. It will contain between 40-60 images and be around 50 pages.

I want to purchase a book for someone else's home, can I do that?

That's a wonderful idea, and a VERY thoughtful gift. We recommend explaining the gift to the homeowner and making sure it's okay first.

How long will the photographer need to be at my home?

Between 3-5 hours.

Can we have the digital image files?

The book price does not include the image files. However, we can offer them to you as a digital download.
